You can book via the form on our website, by phone or on WhatsApp. Our administrative team will help you choose the most suitable appointment for your situation and find a time that suits you, in Lisbon or Almada.
-
The main difference is time and personalisation. At a clinic with insurer agreements, the fee for each session is set by the insurer, which often leads to shorter sessions, shared between several patients at once or with less one-to-one time. In a private practice like ours, every session is one-to-one, with dedicated time and, whenever possible, the same physiotherapist from start to finish — which allows a truly personalised plan focused on the cause of the problem. We believe this difference shows in the results.
-
No. We work as a private practice, precisely so that we can keep the time and personalisation that define our method. But that doesn't mean you can't use your insurance — most policies with reimbursement cover let you recover part of the cost, and we issue all the documentation you need.
-
In three steps: (1) you pay for the consultation or treatment in full; (2) we give you a detailed invoice-receipt (and, when needed, the medical prescription/report and the physiotherapist's licence number); (3) you submit the claim to your insurer, usually via their app or portal, and receive the reimbursement by bank transfer. Out-of-network reimbursement is typically between 30% and 50% — always check your policy.
Reimbursement information is general guidance only and does not replace the terms of your policy or contacting your insurer.
-
As a guide (rules vary by plan and may change):
Médis — claim on the website/app, under Despesas → Nova Despesa; usually 35% out-of-network reimbursement, processed within a few days.
Multicare (Fidelidade) — claim on MyFidelidade (web or app), option "Pedir Reembolso"; usual deadline of 120 days.
Allianz — via the myAllianz app or eCliente area; reimbursement often within about 24 hours.
ADSE (Regime Livre) — submitted on the ADSE Direta portal, with a medical prescription and the physiotherapist's licence number; the amount follows the Regime Livre table. You can see full details on our page Insurance and Reimbursements.
Reimbursement information is general guidance only and does not replace the terms of your policy or contacting your insurer.
-
A detailed invoice-receipt (with tax number, description of services, date and amount), proof of payment and, where applicable, a medical prescription and clinical report. For physiotherapy/ADSE, a copy of the physiotherapist's professional licence may be required. We provide everything you need.
-
An ID document and — if you have them — relevant previous scans (ultrasound, X-ray, MRI, reports) and a list of the medication you take. The more information, the more complete the diagnosis.
